CNC MACHINIST

About the Job:
United Support Solutions seeks a qualified CNC Machinist for a growing machine shop primarily supporting defense and aerospace programs. This full-time or part-time position is for 1st or 2nd shifts at our second state-of-the-art air conditioned facility in Totowa, NJ. The position will encompass operating multi-axis CNC machines, basic set-up through processing of high precision components, programming, and inspection.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 Years Experience.
• Set-up, edit, and operate 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC vertical milling machines.
• Able to read and interpret blue prints and work with solid models.
• Able to program and make modifications to programs.
• Mastercam Experience.
• Manufacture parts in accordance with blue prints and operation sheets provided.
• Capable of working to close tolerances.
• Able to read gauges, verniers, calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Able to keep safe, clean, and organized working environment.
• Able to pass drug screen and criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Team Player with Good Work Ethic.
• Experience with Hass and/or Mazak CNC Machines.
• Programming Skills.
• Experience manufacturing defense and aerospace components.
• Participate in Lean Enterprise/Manufacturing Transformation.
