Liquid Painting
With seven spray booths, USS is geared to handle large capacity painting and tackle the most demanding requirements. Prior to painting, USS’s masking department will support any specifications, while specializing in high-tolerance masking of intricate parts. USS will meet any project and production requirements, from Mil-specs, to enamels, epoxies, CARC coatings, federal standards, and aerospace specialty coatings.
 
Powder Coating
Operating fully automated powder coating lines, USS offers extended life, scratch resistant, environmentally friendly finishes from textured to smooth, hammer tone, antique, and gloss finishes in your choice of color.
Finishing
As a pre-treatment or stand-along finish, USS’s RoHS compliant state-of-the-art tank lines enable one-stop shopping capabilities for anodizing, plating, passivation, and chemical conversion coating designed to meet major Mil-specs MIL-DTL-5541 and MIL-A-8625.
Silk-Screening
Honing our expertise since 1980, USS’s large silk-screening department is designed to handle all customer needs from basic and precision marking, to two-tone, colorful, and complex graphics. USS has the capability to design artwork, and is experienced with all materials and tolerances.
